- Try to find as much detail as possible about the taxi company or the taxi that you are about to use.
- Try to retain the identification number for the taxi and as much details about the driver and the car as possible.
- It is useful to ask from the begining about the estimated time of the trip you are going to make with that taxi.
- It may be useful to have a map with you and try to follow the way as much as possible.
- If you are not satisfied with the services offered, ask the taxi company for help.
